Jori is a beautiful ball gown in a warmed silver coloured satin with lace overlays and appliqués, named after the lovely Jori Watler. The colour in this gown is so unusual it actually takes on the tones of its surroundings and enhances whatever it comes into contact with. On your skin it simply glows ..absolutely beautiful!!
The dress itself is an A-Lined princess shape. The bodice is strapless with a dropped waist. Kimmera Madison of Tres Beau then takes a matching etched lace that plays with the already subtle colouring in various shades of dark and light, and places an overlay over the bust that then leads to straps of just the softest suggestion against the skin, creating a plunging neckline. Using the same lace, she tightly drapes two bands around the elongated waist attaching them at different points with appliqués that echo the etched lace. The back of the bodice is corseted with beautiful detail.
The skirt is bustled at the side creating gorgeous texture that catches the light and takes the gown up a level to "intoxicating." Not one feature is neglected as Kimmera considers every possibility , such as the corset strings being the same satin gathered and pulled, and there being a lovely panel underneath where the strings are, so that there is no loss of continuity in the flow and shadings of the wonderful colour and material. Kimmera always manages to leave a woman with the feel that she is worth the extra effort, worth the extra attention … There is a decadence that flows through all her designs that lets you know this dress spent countless hours being considered and thought through before it was presented for purchase.
As usual she has created a matching hat that completes the outfit perfectly and would work with any hairstyle. This dress retails for $1000L.
